Vacancy Description:
Etica is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join a leading leisure company in Bedfordshire.
The Senior System Analyst will focus on application processing and system development activities targeted at enhancing customer satisfaction, cash and profit performance through business programmes and projects.
The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for implementing the new system replacement programme.
The Senior Systems Analyst will be working with Business Analysts and Architects to understand the Business need and propose best fit solutions, a key function of which will be validating requirements for business system applications at a comprehensive level.
KEY SKILLS
*4 years experience as a Systems Analyst
* Experience of working within the following range of project methodologies; Agile/Waterfall/DSDM
* Experience in service orientated, customer facing industries. Specifically; RETAIL/TELECOMS/BANKING
* Experience supporting/coaching and mentoring of system analysts
* Experience communicating with stakeholder management
