Vacancy Description:
Etica are looking for a Service-now consultant for a 6 month contract based in London. Working for an exciting and growing worldwide group this is an excellent chance for a to take the technical lead on a large Service-Now project.
Primary skills and experience:
Business analysis: requirements gathering, use cases, documentation
Service-now solutions design based on requirements and platform capability
Service-now platform development primarily for project work but also for support
Secondary skills:
Ability to work as part of a programme management team
Training
ITIL knowledge
Specific areas of interest within the platform we are likely to be developing in the future (TBD). If they have experience of developing solutions in these areas this would be very beneficial.
