2 x Senior Consultant/Product Specialist for BMC Remedy ITSM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Extension of our advisor crew in the surrounding field Remedy ITSM Analysis of customer requirements and development of proposals for solution/recommendations for action (after standards ITIL) Conception and implementation of Remedy applications Consultation and control of IT-service management tasks with the customer Consultation and implementation of the project Germany far at the customer locally Configuration and programming of software extensions Execution of trainings and Workshops
Candidate profile:
" They have appropriate training or comparable, in line with standard usage acquired a final study, knowledge of computer science.
" Multiyear professional experience in the IT-service management
" Surrounding field show.
" Country wide travel readiness is presupposed thereby.
" Further you offer Spreading technology understanding into different IT-relevant specialist areas Knowledge in the usual operating systems (ms Windows (2000/2003/XP), Unix/Linux) Data base knowledge (ms SQL, Oracle)
" Knowledge of current articles in the ITSM surrounding field (e.g. Helpdesk, Asset and CHANGE management) how BMC Remedy, IBM Tivoli, APPROX.
" University of or HP Openview/service Desk and Peregrine service centre Project experience BMC ACRE Remedy and BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (application production)
" or similarly Experiences in process analysis, process Design and process implementation ITIL certification
" At least 5 years professional experience Programming knowledge and programmer driving into usual market programming languages
" Perfect of German knowledge in word and writing, negotiation-safe English knowledge, safe,
" Customer-oriented occurrence and experiences Knowledge for the execution of presentations and Workshops
