Vacancy Description:

The contract requires a ITSM consultant to review Customer's customised ITSP build and do a gap analysis of this against ITSM 7.6.03 out of the box. Does not necessarily need ITSP skills (the only one in the UK I know with this is busy). Needs to be able to review processes and work instruction level customisations then present a document that shows which customisations are met by out of the box ITSM 7.6.03 functionality, which would still need customisation and which we recommend are not repeated.
