BMC ITSM 7.6 Specialist
Etica are looking for a ITSM 7.6 Specialist to complete an implementation of BMC ITSM 7.6 for a Client in Washington. We are looking for a Consultant who has an excellent track record and has completed a number of high profile projects before.
The consultant will be participating in a small team at the client site responsible for delivering the ITSM aspect of the implementation of the project.
This will involve collecting business and technical information regarding the requirements and making sure that implementation will satisfy these requirements. The Consultant will also need to understand how to apply ITSM 7.6 to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiently of the clients IT functions.
Day to Day activities:
" Design and write specification, user guide, architecture and methodology
" Implement, customise and configure ITSM 7.6
" Improve quality and efficiency of solutions delivered to our clients
This contract is for 5 months initially.
