Vacancy Description:
Etica are looking for an ITSM consultant who has very strong ADDM/CMDB/Atrium skills and experience.
This contract is based in Sweden for 10 months and we are looking for someone to start on 15th Feb or as soon as possible.
Knowledge/Experience:
Hand-on experience deploying, configuring, and integrating the ITSM:
" Configuration Management (Atrium CMDB) (Mandatory)
" Atrium Product Catalog (Mandatory)
" ADDM 8 (Mandatory)
" Incident Management (Optional)
" Problem Management (Optional)
" Service Catalog (Optional)
" Change Management (Optional)
" Service Level Management (Optional)
