Title BPM solutions Lead-Europe
Position type fulltime
"Lead BPM consulting and delivery engagements from presales to kick off.
"Demonstrate deep experience in Pegasystems and related frameworks. Knowledge and experience on other BPM technologies highly preferred.
Work closely with clients for defining solutions, technology evaluation, BPM roadmap and participate in key engagements.
"Work with global team of process architects and process analysts and drive large enterprise BPM consulting engagements.
"Support Planning, developing and marketing of solutions and consulting offerings for the BPM practice
"Engage with sales teams and clients in developing opportunities to win and deliver solutions / consulting led opportunities
"Demonstrate deep experience in BPM technology implementation in key verticals such as BFS, Insurance, telco and manufacturing
"Work with BPM product vendors to collaborate on solutions, Go to market and implementation.
"Result areas : Growth in Revenues from Consulting / Solutions, New clients acquired, successful delivery, team development
Must have:
"Experience in implementing Pegasystems / BPM solutions for large enterprise applications
"At least 12-15 years experience of leading BPM programs from conception to roll out
"Vertical Experience (diverse)
"Onshore/Offshore Experience
"Global Consulting Services Company or leading ISV experience
