Vacancy Description:
Etica are looking for HP Service Manager developer who will be responsible for taking business requirements and configuring and tailoring/developing HP Service Manager 9.2 to meet the requirements of the business.
Candidates must have; 10 years plus broad IT experience, at least 4 years experience in large implementation of HP Service Manager (version 7.11 onwards), extensive experience of configuration and development of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change, Knowledge of Service Manager installation, knowledge of functionality provided by Out-Of-The Box System (OOTB) system.
Experience of the following Service Management Products would be beneficial; Service Manager (SM) 7/9.x, SM SD Modules, SM IM/PM Modules, SM Service Catalog Module, SM ESS, SM SLM Module, SM Request Module, SM KM Module, SM Change Module, RAD coding and experience of Windows & Linux Operating Systems.
Experience of ITSM best practice, Kerbrose, Web Services, SOAP, HP uCMDB, DDM-A, HP AssetCentre/AssetManager, DDMi and Connect-IT would also be an advantage
