Vacancy Description:
An exciting company in South Oxfordshire seeking an immediately available Support Engineer to be based on site with them for at least 6 months.
You will be looking after their whole IT set-up, which will include supporting up to 10 users, who use a combination on laptops and desktops.
The environment:
- Windows XP / 7 Desktop O/S
- Windows 2003/2008 Server O/S
- Outlook, no Exchange, they use POP3
- Checkpoint firewall
- Netgear Routers
- Backups
This is small company but their IT is essential to the running of the business, they are looking for someone who is able to work off their own back and will not need hand holding, but someone who can be sensible enough to call for help as and when required.
